We absolutely cannot accept a return or an exchange for them unless there was a pre-existing damage to the yarn.
If you are not sure, please sample the yarns before placing an order.
We will happily reimburse any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise,
and will send replacement merchandise at no cost.
Please include a description of the damage with your return.
We do not refund any money if your address on Pay Pal was listed incorrectly.
Please make sure if your address on Pay Pal is current before you place an order. Also, we do not put security on your item,
your shipment will be shipped either USPS International Priority or Media Mail if it is in US. If the shipment gets lost in the process of
delivery, we will take no responsibility to refund the money.
