From within the land of the Rising Sun, Norie  Varga (pronounced "nor EE AA) immigrated to America equipped with the exotic skills of Japanese yarn crafting, learned at a very early age. 

Her passion for searching out the best yarns has grown to a worldwide pursuit that she wants to now share with others that love this craft. Always on top of the latest knit fashions in Japan and abroad, she is always in search of the latest knitting trends.  

Equipped with a Bachelor's degree majoring in Art, Norie became a noted textile designer in the late 90's for Robert Kaufman Inc.  Chances are you have probably seen or even worn something that she has designed whether an hawaiin shirt or a designer dress.
